1. Shipping and Delivery Options
- Domestic Shipping is done through Canada Post. If a different carrier is required, please contact our office at [email protected] to see if we can coordinate.
- Items can be picked up by customers at our office in Ladner, BC. Our address is 4873 Delta St, Ladner BC. Please contact our office to schedule a pickup time [email protected].
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within two business days excluding weekends and public holidays. We get backlogged during sale events and holidays which may affect processing times.
3. Cancellations
After an order is submitted, processing begins and the order cannot be cancelled. If there are questions about cancelling an order, please contact our office at [email protected].

5. Delayed Orders
In the case of delayed processing, customers will have the option to cancel their order for a full refund. Shipping provider delays do not fall under the seller’s liability. For delayed orders, please first contact the shipping carrier for the item’s status.
6. Damaged Orders
Silvercore is not liable for lost of damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged, reach out to us so that we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.
7. Shipping Restrictions
Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.
