Yes. Canadian Firearms Program policy looks for gun club or range membership when your Chief Firearms Officer approves a restricted firearm transfer, and the Silvercore Club meets that policy in all provinces and territories across Canada.

Your Chief Firearms Officer decides each transfer application. Membership does not guarantee approval.

Range trips in your province of residence need no ATT, except for a firearm acquired as part of a gun collection. Your licence authorizes trips to approved shooting clubs and shooting ranges in your province of residence under Firearms Act s. 19(2.1) on renewal and s. 19(2.3) on an approved transfer. The trip home to storage in your province of residence after an approved transfer is authorized under s. 19(2.2) and needs no ATT. For any other trip, apply to the Chief Firearms Officer for your province or territory, who decides the application and issues the ATT.

You can apply online through the RCMP Individual Web Services or on form RCMP 5490.
