Joining the Silvercore Shooting Club, commonly referred to as the Silvercore Club, has many benefits. Not only are we accepted in all provinces and territories across Canada, we also offer:

The Silvercore Club was the first gun club in Canada, that received official RCMP approval for the issuance of ATT's. We have been successfully operating our club since 2007 and have undergone numerous RCMP screenings and approvals since then. Besides all the benefits already listed above, joining us gives you the peace of mind that your membership is backed and will not end with you on the wrong side of the law.
As a not-for-profit organization, our club supports our local ranges and communities by introducing our members to the many fine shooting establishments across Canada. Silvercore has helped members from all different backgrounds come together under a common interest. By joining our gun club, you will meet the Canadian Firearms Programs (CFP) issuance requirements in order to obtain a Long Term Authorization to Transport (ATT). With your valid ATT you will be in compliance with the CFP's requirements for restricted firearms purchase, possession and transport.

required proof for the issuance of your Authorization to Transport (ATT).
- 10 million of North America Wide Liability Insurance, incl. with formal letter of coverage for those that require it.
- Meets 1,000,000 Public Liability and Property Damage requirement for hunting in the Fraser Valley Special Licence Hunting Area. (situated in MUs 2-4, 2-8).

- Full in-person and telephone support during normal operating hours.
Every Silvercore Club Member is covered by the Gun Club's liability insurance, which covers you for up to $10 million CAD across North America. This covers our members for property damage and bodily injury in the event of an incident as well as giving them access to our group Legal Defence Fund.
- Memberships are only $49 CAD (plus taxes) for 365 days.
New and returning members have the option to have a membership for 1 year or up to 5 years (and anything in between), this makes it easy to stay compliant without having to renew each year for your membership.
Memberships are a recurring subscription that is automatically renewed at the end of your billing period (ie. every 1 year, 2 years, etc.). The auto-renewal will be for the same billing frequency as the previous one chosen (unless a change to the billing frequency is requested) and is billed using the card on file from your last membership transaction. Auto-renewal helps to ensure that your membership and insurance stay valid and that you maintain continued compliance with the RCMP Canadian Firearms Program policy club membership requirements. The auto-renewal feature can be toggled on and off at any time by logging into your account.
Due to Silvercore Club insurance and member benefits, we are unable to refund memberships, for any reason, after the time of purchase.
Q: Where can I get my member letter?
Proof of membership will be issued immediately by way of a Membership Letter via your account. Please follow the steps below to access said letter.
Step 1. Login to your account at https://silvercore.ca/ You can use either your email or username to login.
Step 2. After logging in, click on ‘My Account’ at the top right hand corner. This will load your ‘Dashboard’. If you are on a mobile device, this will be the symbol shaped like a person.
Step 3. In the header bar of your dashboard there will be a list of options. Hover over ‘Downloads’ (which is to the right hand side) to make the dropdown appear.
Step 4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click ‘Print’. This will also give you the option to download and save the document.
Q: How do I obtain my Long Term Authorization to Transport (ATT)?
After signing up for a membership with Silvercore, you will receive an order confirmation E-mail which includes a link to your account where you will be able to view and print your electronic Membership Letter.
If you are purchasing a firearm from a retailer (and not privately) the retailer will have you fill out the registration paperwork for the restricted firearm. This will be sent to the Chief Firearms Officer (CFO) who will request proof of your Membership. You can send your proof of membership into the CFO by Fax or by E-mail.
Please be aware that the process of obtaining your ATT has changed as of September 2015, for more information on how this affects your ATT please visit the RCMP’s website here. Form 5490 is no longer used.

Once the Chief Firearms Officer, CFO, has issued your ATT, it is then considered electronically attached to your Possession and Acquisition License, PAL and is valid for up to 5 years provided you have a valid and active club or range membership; without this your ATT is not considered valid.
Upon replacement of your PAL for any reason (lost license, renewal, etc) the CFO may attach it as a condition of the license. This condition would be located on the front of the license and would say, “Standard and Non-Standard Conditions are attached to this License” or it may say, “…and Transport Conditions…” The Non-Standard/Transport Conditions refers to that ATT.
Q: Do I have to keep renewing my gun club membership once I’ve bought a restricted firearm or can I let it expire?
The Canadian Firearms Program requires an active membership to an RCMP approved shooting club or shooting range must be continuously held for lawful possession of restricted firearms. Q: Is there a waiting period until I have my membership?
No, membership issuance is automatic and immediate.
Q: Can I get a discount if I register for more than 1 year?
No, because we are a not-for-profit gun club we are unable to provide any discounts relating to our gun club membership. You do, however, have the benefit of receiving discounts with participating retailer’s as a gun club member!
Q: Are there any requirements to join the gun club?
There are no requirements, you can even sign up without a PAL to receive other perks to being a member like our 10 million in liability insurance!
Q: Do you have your own range?
Silvercore Gun Club does not have its own range which is what makes the membership so inexpensive. Any members that wish to go to a range for target shooting can attend any range that allows drop-ins. Q: How will I know what discounts I can receive as a member?
Silvercore members can get a number of discounts through our partnering retailers and will receive regular E-Mail Newsletters outlining the discounts they can take advantage of.

Q: Is the Silvercore Club membership valid in my province
The Silvercore Club has a membership base across all provinces and territories. The Silvercore Club membership meets legislated and regulated issuance requirements for ATT’s as well as restricted PAL’s throughout Canada. Every province deals with issuing ATT’s and RPAL’s differently and as such, Silvercore is not responsible for individual firearms officer denying an applicant an ATT or RPAL.
Q: How do I turn off my Auto-Renewal Feature?
Don’t want auto-renewal at this time? No problem! You can easily toggle this off, or back on, under your account, follow these steps:
- Login to your account
- Head to My Account,
- Click Subscriptions found in the header menu,
- Click ‘View’ to open your Subscription,
- Click the on/off toggle button to adjust your auto-renewal.
- Important note: Do not click the blue button that says ‘cancel’ next to ‘Actions’. This will cancel the membership itself and this will not turn off auto-renewal.
